ROJAVA, Feb 4, 2015 - Moaz al-Kasasbeh, Jordanian pilot who was taken prisoner by Daesh terrorists while conducting active work in Syria on December 2014, was killed yesterday in a cruel and barbaric act by the group.

 

As General Command of the People’s Defense Units (YPG) in Rojava, we wish to extend our deepest condolences to the family of Lt. Moaz al-Kasasbeh, the Jordanian people and the Kingdom of Jordan.

 

As the YPG, we strongly condemn this brutal practice of terrorists, and we regard Moaz al-Kasasbeh a great martyr of Kobanî martyrs. We will continue our operations against the terrorists to avenge our martyrs and people.
